Your custom song will be delivered via an emailed link that will take you to a site where you can download the MP3 file.
We have a standard time of five business days to finish and deliver your song, but if you need it sooner than that, we also have a three day rush delivery option that is available at checkout.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If we make a mistake by not following your provided instructions or mispronouncing a name, etc., then we will provide you with one free revision. If you simply wish for something different from what you originally specified or desire a different artistic result, then we can offer paid revisions to satisfy your new vision.
